Five Lady Wildcats qualify for Regional Wrestling Tournament

AUSTIN – The Temple girls wrestling team participated in the District 7-6A Championships on Friday at Vandegrift High School in Austin. The Lady Wildcats finished in 3rd Place overall out of 13 teams. They also advanced five individuals to the Regional Tournament coming up next weekend. The Temple High boys and girls wrestling teams started the 2019 season with a match at Gatesville on Saturday. McKenzie Hughes makes Wildcat history, heads to state as alternate
