Lamar 8th grade football splits with Midway Blue

The Lamar 8th grade football teams traveled to Hewitt on Tuesday night to face the Midway Blue team. The Bearcats and Panthers ending up splitting the two games played. The “A” team fell to Midway by a score of 21-19.  Notable players for the Bearcats included: O’Ryan Peoples, De’Avonte Carr, Bryson Drummond, Lezlie Jackson and Jaelen Perry. Lamar fell to 3-1

The Travis Science Academy 8th grade football teams hosted the Lake Belton at Bonham Middle School on Tuesday night. Travis was dominant in recording to wins over the Brochos. 2020-21 Cen-Tex Middle School District Alignment

The 2020-21 Cen-Tex Middle School district will have a different look this upcoming season with the addition of several schools. The district has expanded to 16 schools and will be divided into two divisions. Joining the current schools will be Belton M.S. (Belton ISD), Cesar Chavez M.S., G.W.
