HEWITT – The Tem-Cat Varsity Cross Country team traveled to Hewitt on Friday to participate in the Kiwanis Meet hosted by Midway ISD. BELTON – The Tem-Cat Cross Country team got a another strong performance from a pair of freshman on Thursday’s Pro-Fit Invitational at Heritage Park in Belton. Freshman runners Rebecca Terry and Aliza Mojica finished in 4th and 5th Place respectively with Terry finishing the course in 20:39 and Mojica a couple seconds back at 20:41.

Tem-Cats take 3rd at Waco Invitational

The Tem-Cat Cross Country team took 3rd place at the Waco Invitational. Surging freshman Aliza Mojica led the Tem-Cats finishing in 11th place with a time of 21:22.  Freshmen Rebecca Terry and Sophia Garcia finished 16th and 18th respectively.  Completing the scoring for the Tem-Cats were Gabby Soto(20th), Mallory Dominguez(21st), Yadhira Castillo(24th) and Darby Rapp(26th).

The Tem-Cat and Wildcat Cross Country teams will begin practice on August 3rd.  Those athletes who have completed all their rank one forms and are eligible will report at 6:30 a.m in the main gym.  Step by step instructions for completing the forms is on Wildcatstrong.com.
