Boys 8th Grade Lamar Track · Lamar boys 8th grade results from the Lamar Invitational

The Lamar Bearcat 8th grade track & field team concluded the 2021 track season on Tuesday as they hosted the Lamar Invitational at Wildcat Stadium.

Lamar earned 4 gold medals to go along with 3 silver medals in the meet.

The Bearcats were led by O’Ryan Peoples who earned four gold medal performances on the evening. While running a leg on the champion 4×100 relay team, Peoples took 1st Place in the 100 meters, long jump and high jump. Lezlie Jackson and De’Avonte Carr each took silver in the 300 hurdles and triple jump events respectively.
