Girls 7th Grade Travis A Volleyball, Girls 7th Grade Travis B Volleyball · Travis 7th Grade volleyball splits with Lamar


The Travis 7th grade volleyball teams hosted Lamar Middle School on Monday night in their home openers. The Lady Mustangs split their games with Lamar by winning the A game but falling in the B game.

The “A” team defeated Lamar by a score of 26-28, 25-20, 15-12. Offensive Player of the Game for Travis was Alaina Taylor and the Defensive Player of the Game was Bianca Pleasant. Travis improved to 2-1 on the season.

The Lady Mustang “B” team fell to Lamar by a score of 25-14, 25-14. Rajah Coleman was the Offensive Player of the Game while Julianna Virgen was the Defensive Player of the Game, Travis fell to 2-1 on the season.

The “A” team will participate in the Killeen Tournament beginning on Thursday. The Lady Mustangs will take on Live Oak Ridge Middle School at 5:30 pm at Live Oak Ridge Middle School in Killeen.
