Boys Junior Varsity Track · JV Boys track takes 2nd at the District Meet


BRYAN – The Wildcat junior varsity track and field team competed in the District 18-5A Championships last week at Merrill Green Stadium in Bryan.

The Wildcats finished in 2nd Place in the team standings with 139 points. College Station was the team champion with 156.

Temple’s performances were highlighted by winning and 5 gold medals and 2 silver medals.  Both the 4×100 and 4×200 relay teams took first place in the races along with Kedrick Freeman in the high jump, Taquerious Williams in the 100 meters and Decoreyon Jefferson in the 200 meters.
